How to use:
Roll onto pulse points, (wrists & behind the ears) and then the palms of your hands. Pop your hands over your face and take three deep, slow breaths.

Avoid contact with eyes. Not to be used by children. Avoid in case of known allergy to listed ingredients. Not to be used in pregnancy or if breastfeeding.
